Where we help

Where We Help

Usually the robot is not the problem. We start with what's slowing your line down, then work back to the equipment.

Industries we work in

Metal Fabrication & Welding
Warehouse & Intralogistics
Electronics & Electrical
Machinery & Equipment

Welders are retiring

→quality stops depending on the shift

Material waits at stations

→moves on a schedule

Defects reach your customer

→caught at your dock

Changeovers take too long

→a recipe you load, not a project you buy

Two cells, two vendors, no owner

→one party accountable for the whole line

What we do

What We Deliver

Mobile robots, workcells, machine vision and control systems.

Hardware is sourced. The engineering is not.
Control logic, vision models and dispatching are written in-house.

OPC UA · Profinet · EtherCAT · Modbus TCP

01

Mobile Robots

Material moves itself

  • AGV / AMRPoint-to-point transport between stations, lines and warehouse, on your existing floor.
  • Autonomous ForkliftPallet and rack handling without an operator, sharing aisles with manual traffic.
02

Workcells

Robots that see, pick, weld and load machines

  • Vision-Guided / 3D-Positioning RobotPick, place and inspect without a precision jig. Target accuracy confirmed during FAT on your parts.
  • Collaborative Welding RobotConsistent welds beside your team, no cage.
03

Machine Vision

Inspection that catches what a shift misses

  • Machine Vision (2D)Surface, dimension and defect checks at your line's cycle time, with a decision you can audit.
  • 3D Vision / Structured-LightVolume & pose for pick-and-place.
  • Vision Algorithm PlatformDetection models tuned to your parts.
  • Edge AI Computing BoxInference at the camera. Latency budget agreed per application, measured before FAT.
04

Control & Software

The software that decides what the line does

  • Controller · PLCPLC and motion programs written for your process, not copied from a template.
  • AGV / Line DispatchingOne scheduler for fleet & line.
  • Collaborative Application KitRedeploy a cell to a new task, fast.

How it works

How We Work

Five steps from first enquiry to a running line. Each ends with a written deliverable you can check. Turnkey, or any part of it.

01

Scoping

Tell us the problem. We'll tell you if automation is the answer.

02

Design

Line audit, layout planning, and an equipment shortlist open to your review.

03

Sourcing

We source across brands. Hardware costs and our fees are fully transparent.

04

Integration

Built and tested on your parts to agreed specs — before anything ships.

05

Delivery & Support

Shipping, customs clearance, installation, commissioning, training, and support long after.

Stop at any step. Keep the deliverables.

From concept to commissioning — one team, one scope.

Why buyers work with us

Why a Solution Provider, Not a Vendor

We sit on your side, not the vendor's.

01 · One party accountable.

Not a robot vendor here and a vision vendor there, each with their own story about whose fault it is. One scope, one team, one number to call.

02 · Priced in the open.

No vendor pays us, and no unagreed amounts are added to the hardware price.
Our fee is quoted before any PO.

03 · The recommendation is ours.

We specify across brands and tell you why each one is on the list — including when the honest answer is to wait.

04 · You are not locked in.

Documentation, drawings and the code you need to run the line are yours per contract. Buy your next spares from anyone.

Who we are

Experienced Teams. A Disciplined Process.

Multi-sensor fusion, real-time detection, and control software that makes equipment from different manufacturers run as one system. 20+ years of systems integration experience transfers directly — not to specifying hardware, but to making it work together.

What is hard about industrial automation is not choosing hardware. It is making equipment from different vendors run as one line, and keeping it running.

Most engagements start with a written feasibility assessment and end with acceptance criteria agreed before the order is placed.

Sourcing & Compliance

Sourced Across Brands. Cleared Before Shipping.

01 · Certification & Standards

CE, UKCA or UL as your market requires — confirmed before the PO, not discovered at customs. Voltage, frequency and plug standards specified for your destination. Manuals, labels and wiring diagrams in English.

02 · Export & Customs

Export classification, HS codes and shipping documents prepared before the order leaves, so your equipment clears customs instead of sitting at a port. Duty and paperwork scoped in advance, not passed on to you as a surprise.

03 · Delivery & Acceptance

Acceptance criteria agreed in writing before the PO: FAT before shipment, SAT on your floor. Warranty terms stated in the contract. Spares list and lead times handed over at commissioning.
